This is the short write up of the "plan" of what to aspect in AGM 2011, Wrote by Siuyi.
(This is just a mock up plan of what is going to happen, Give appropriate feed back that will help us in making this a better AGM 2011)
As below will be the proposed plan prepared by several moderators under a long discussion gathering. Please read and endorse if suitable.

AGM cum Family Gathering BLMClub 2011
Date: 09-07-2011 ~ 10-07-2011
Venue: Port Dickson
Lodging: To be provided after price survey
Estimate attendees: 50 pax
Theme: yet to be discussed (kawan didahulukan, kereta diutamakan?)
Managing Team: Negeri Sembilan BLMClub team
Project Manager: Syuk (56)
Vice Project Manager: Izow
Overall Supervisor: ALex and Zack (moderators from N9)
Lodging
- Includes Meeting Room which light beverage is allowed.
- Price wise and acceptable
- Sufficient car parks for at least 40 cars (reserve if possible)
- check in 2PM (11/6), check out 12PM(12/6)
* Update on price list and facilities to be provided asap
Beverage
- Catering from outsider/ internal committee
- Include 1st day Dinner+BBQ and 2nd days Breakfast, and Light refreshment before checking out the resort.
*Menu should be transparent
Activities
- Proposed should be fully handle by N9 team, yet if help is required the Moderating team can lend a hand in handling part of the event.
- Proposed time-line/activities from the discussion is provided as below.
Payment
- The Moderation team conclude that all payment for the AGM is to be paid to ONLY one person incharge, which we gave this duty for our lady moderator Hennie (06) (Maybank).
- All attendees must pay a 50% deposit of the full amount for the full expense per pax before the due date as to do the lodging reservation.
- Balance of payment should be cleared during the registration at the AGM.
- We do not guarantee there will still be place for last minute attendees due to lodging. If members prefer to arrange their own lodging, it is upmost allowed and do remind their respective moderators if they plan to do so.
Check Points for convoy
- Several checkpoints will be prepared for members to meet-up at their place before heading PD.
- Members of which checkpoint will need to report their presence if they plan to follow from that checkpoint.
-The final checkpoint will be at PD Stop.
Communications
- Members are allowed to bring along their own walkies.
- A standard frequency channel will be provided.
Goodies bag
- We will provide an FOC BLMClub limited keychain for AGM attendees.
- Kuriek will incharge of this.
AOB
- A special banner will be produce occasionally use only for the AGM every year.
- It can be re-use by changing the info on the banner.
- Production of banner will be handled by Vodafone.
- Banner will be handled over to the next AGM team at the end of the present AGM.

11AM - Group Photo +BLMClub Autoshow Competition
12PM - Check-out + Light refreshment
1PM - Announcement and Prize-Giving for Autoshow (Admin Team)
*N9 team will only need to handle until 12PM after the check-out is done.
